End of Year Book Tag

Hi Booklings,

I have a couple reviews scheduled but I thought I’d switch it up a bit and bring you a tag and since it’s already frightenly close to the end of the year … well, this is the tag to go.

Let’s just jump into it!

Are there any books you started this year that you need to finish?

The first question an I already feel attacked ^^
Too many!! Way too many. Look I have a problem. I always start way too many books. Although I am not as bad as I used to be.

I do really love all of these right now, so everything is fine! (It’s fineeee!)

Do you have an autumnal book to transition into the end of the year?

Well … since it is already december … how about I recommend you some wintery reads instead?

The first is for comfort (Engl. Title A Castle in the Clouds), DNA (The Legacy) is a gruesome crime story set in Iceland, Even the Darkest Stars is just soo atmospheric and Agatha Christie is always a win regardless of the season, but in this one everyone is snowed in so I feel it fits perfectly, don’t you?

Is there a new release you’re still waiting for?

I’m not waiting for any releases anymore … But The Queen of Nothing is a really recent release and I still haven’t had the time to read it!

What are three books you want to read before the end of the year?

I … I have a list waaaay longer than 3 books though. Others include Five Dark Fates, The Sword of the Spirit, The Winner’s Crime and Emperor of Thorns.

Is there a book you think could still shock you and become your favourite book of the year?

41951626._sy475_ Anna Undreaming

I’ve wanted to read Crier’s War since I saw a Blog Tour being announced. I haven’t had time yet to read it, but if I have a spare second I want to dive into this one. I think I’ll absolutely love it!
And Anna Undreaming … is it cheating when I’m already 40% into the book? I love it sooo much I can’t describe how much to you. It just moved into my heart with the first sentence and has since made itself comfortable there.

Have you already started making reading plans for 2020?

Yes! I’m currently in the middle of making list and list … and more lists! I already have a couple review copies lined up in 2020 but also a lot of books I really wanted to read this year but didn’t got to them. Like Kingdom of Ash, The Heart Forger and The Shadow Glass, The Reluctant Queen and The Queen of Sorrow as well as All the Wandering Lights. And all the books I got as a gift and ––

… Yes, I made some plans ^^
